Lessons Learned

1. I gotta sit and work to be more productive instead of standing and working

2. I gotta have my workout earlier in the day or later in the day.

3. I gotta consume high-value podcasts while working. I think it helps me be more productive at work.

4. I gotta read at least one book summary.
