Wins

  1. I had some good viral LinkedIn and X posts last week.

  2. I was consistent in posting on TechnoBizzVault’s IG and YT page.

  3. My client work went well.

  4. I was consistent in posting on my faceless youtube channel

  5. One of my clients was very happy with my work and offered a bonus

  6. Another of my client had some good viral LinkedIn posts.

  7. My 2nd clients X post reach was very down but it picked up during the weekend.

  8. I started 2 new faceless Instagram challenge pages because they are rising now.

Fails

  1. One X client’s X posts didn’t perform well for the first 2-3 days of the week. I thought of adding more content variety to his profile, but he denied.

  2. 2 posts of another client had some technical issues while posting so that somehow impacted our reach.

  3. I was not able to properly schedule content for this week.

  4. I was not able to post on facebook at all

  5. I was not able to do deep work properly on some days because of lack of sleep.

  6. I had experimented a lot with different diet styles and workout plans but still deciding on the perfect one.

  7. I rejected one client. It is not really a fail, but I did it because I don’t want to compromise my work-life balance.

Lessons Learned

  1. You master a skill only when you keep practicing it consistently.

  2. You lose your mastery over a skill if you are not in touch with it for more than 21 days.

  3. In the future, specialists will become prompt engineering experts in their niches.

  4. Generalists who’re good at using AI will be valued more than mediocre specialists.

  5. If you want to sell a SaaS subscription in 2025, only your design, distribution, and data are your moat.

  6. Our food and sleep are the secrets to our productivity.

  7. Working out for more than 3 hours can cause a huge burnout.

  8. Don’t get into the race of getting more clients just for the sake of money. The burnout you’ll get will be terrible.

  9. I think I’ll get back into experimenting with building more small projects and testing how they work.

  10. Building my personal brand solo along with freelancing is hard. But I’m working on some content systems which will be all set by August 2025.

Insights

  1. SaaS tools that generate multi-modal outputs will rise over SaaS tools that generate only one type of output.

  2. Many SaaS founders will add features like real life events to their tools.

  3. Agency businesses that offer only website development will lose, but agency businesses that offer highly convertible websites will win.

  4. Getting traffic from social media will become more and more important.

  5. Directory businesses with a focused niche, better design, and better SEO will win.

  6. Creators who sell successful challenges will rise.

  7. Instagram influencers with AI avatars will rise but might also get saturated

  8. The cost of AI models will get cheaper because of the competition DeepSeek is giving.

  9. Every tech giant will launch their AI agents.

  10. Creating AI agents for businesses as a service will be a thing.

I’ll be back next week with some better insights.

Have a great day!
