Welcome!

I hope you are well.

Here, I’ll share the following:

  1. Wins

  2. Fails

  3. Lessons learned

  4. Insights

All from the last one week

Wins

  1. I had some good viral posts on X and LinkedIn last week.

  2. I was good at consistently creating new content on X and LinkedIn.

  3. One of my clients was happy with the high follower growth we got on X.

  4. The other client of mine was happy with the growth, but now wants to just focus on content which might not grow fast, but will surely win people’s trust.

  5. TechnoBizzVault’s instagram growth is going good.

  6. I tried to work on a lot of new AI image and AI video generations, which was fun.

  7. I spent some time building TechnoBizzVault’s Premium digital product.

Fails

  1. I shut down one faceless YouTube channel because I don’t really have the time to work on it because of client work.

  2. I also decided to stop working on 2 faceless Instagram pages again because of a lack of time apart from client work.

  3. I did not get the time to share my content on Facebook and Pinterest.

  4. I could not get time to engage in online communities.

  5. I could not get a lot of time to focus on learning.

  6. I’m trying to wake up more early now. It is good, but changing my wake up routine is affecting my overall health a lot. Especially when there are late evening/night client calls.

Lessons Learned

  1. Working on fewer things but doing high-quality work on them matters a lot.

  2. People are facing a lead magnet fatigue, but people are not yet facing a good content fatigue.

  3. Creating lead magnets like tiny AI tools and information products is getting easier and easier, which is why their value is decreasing.

  4. Building a faceless Instagram page and YT channel is super easy, which is why they’ll keep getting less valuable, but the only way to make them valuable is to either post a lot in volume, post high quality content, and be sure that you’ll be able to sustain that brand for the next 10 years and you won’t focus on anything else.

  5. AI agents will never be able to help anyone grow on social media, because social media algorithms always ban bots and this is why, AI agents won’t work there.

  6. AI agents in operations, customer service, sales, and development will keep increasing more and more.

  7. Marketers who’re good at using AI and adding their human touch to AI-generated content won’t be replaced by AI

  8. Social media channels like Instagram will have to stop creators who copy paste content, because AI agents would also be able to do that.

  9. Podcasters in a very focused niche will end up building huge brands.

  10. People who’re working on multiple projects at one time will fail even in the AI world because they’re distracted working on 5 different projects at one time.

Insights

  1. I think we’ll see many competitions coming up in the AI image generation, video generation, and agent creation space.

  2. Every company in 2025 will focus on building their internal operations AI assistant.

  3. DeepSeek did try to be ahead of OpenAI, but OpenAI bounced back stronger with ChatGPT deep research and ChatGPT o3-mini. This trend will continue. Once OpenAI is behind for the short term, they’ll launch something powerful to get back on top.

  4. Short videos on X and LinkedIn might not be that successful in the long term because people still are used to consume textual content on it.

  5. Meta will continue to dominate the AI of social media more than X’s Grok.

  6. Building distribution or your personal brand is 100x more important now than just building and selling products.

  7. Online communities with human community managers will be the most profitable digital product in 2025.

  8. The value of SaaS and the pricing of SaaS products will keep decreasing if the SaaS doesn’t have a community as an offer in it.

  9. Founders who launch a SaaS + a service along with it will be highly profitable.

  10. People who’re building dropservicing agencies will fail this year because of lack of skill and knowledge.

  11. The number of digital product stores on Gumroad and Etsy will increase by 10x this year because building digital products hasn’t been so easy ever.

I hope you’ve found this helpful.

Have a great day!
