3. We gotta spend some time on learning and working out no matter what.

4. The best way to perform at your best physical and mental state is to not have a filled up calendar.

5. The only way to be at peace with the work you’re doing is to do the right thing at the right time.

2. Businesses will build a content distribution and community team to generate more strong leads from organic content.

3. We’ll see many livestreamers coming up in the education space.

5. Podcasters can build their personal brand in the long term only as a good host and nothing else.
