Wins
My first client was happy with how we started this year by me helping him grow on X.
My second client was also happy because I completed all content projects he assigned to me while he was on a vacation.
I had a mega viral post on X on lessons learned from Naval Ravikant.
My X and LinkedIn posts performed well.
I also invested time properly to market on meta threads, bluesky, pinterest, and facebook but I wasn’t consistent.
I also invested time in growing TechnoBizzVault’s Instagram and YouTube, but again I wasn’t consistent. If you don’t know about TechnoBizzVault, it is my main newsletter.
I also invested some time in my faceless YouTube channel, but again I wasn’t too consistent.
Fails
I wasn’t consistent in posting on Facebook groups
I couldn’t invest time in engaging with fellow creators on Threads
I couldn’t invest time in engaging with fellow creators on Bluesky
I wasn’t consistent in posting on my faceless youtube channel
I wasn’t consistent in posting on TechnoBizzVault’s Instagram and YT pages
Couldn’t dedicate a lot of time to learning
Couldn’t be active in many online communities
Couldn’t dedicate a lot of time to working out.
Lessons Learned
Build a better operating system for your life. Also, if you already have one, keep adding or eliminating tasks from it.
Building a product based business is freedom, building a service based business is not freedom.
Don’t track your time in every task you do, but at least ensure that you know what you’ll do throughout the day.
If you’re a creator, it is always better to have a week’s content scheduled in advance.
If your competitor creator who has a huge team is posting thrice a day, you don’t need to copy from him and post thrice a day. It is fine if you only post once.
Solopreneurship is not a good thing to do if you want to build a huge business.
Every creator who claims to be a solopreneur has some freelancers working for him.
Send your client invoices on time or else regret later.
Eat less and burn more.
Drink more water than how much thirsty you are.
Insights
Don’t be scared about AI replacing you at your job. Just start using AI tools and you’re good to go.
Many online courses are good, but they start looking bad if you don’t take action on what you learn.
Building projects matters 10x more than getting a certificate.
People say that your looks don’t matter, but a lot of times they do.
Start using platforms like Agent AI to know more about AI agents.
Start building on 10 small projects rather than 1 big project.
Don’t care what your haters say about you.
Don’t fix yourself to just one niche.
Self-improvement, finance, fitness, and fashion are the niches in content creation that will never fade away.
Vloggers will never be replaced by AI-generated content.
I’ll be back stronger next week.
Have a great day!
