Trying my best to work on a new project (but failing) and more

Let’s get serious

Your newsletter, now exiting the stratosphere.

We’re beehiiv, the newsletter platform built for builders. Every product we drop and feature we create is made with one goal in mind: exponential growth.

Our founders sought to bring the tools and tech to creators everywhere that helped turn their old company into a multi-million dollar operation. So when we say we can take you from “up-and-comer” to household name, we mean it.

If you need a beautiful destination for your content, use our no-code website builder. If you want paid subs, we don’t take a dime. If you want big name sponsors, we connect you with the likes of Nike and Netflix.

In short: maybe your newsletter is stuck on the ground floor because your newsletter platform is stuck in the last decade.

Welcome!

I hope you are well.

Here, I’ll share the following:

  1. Wins

  2. Fails

  3. Lessons learned

All from the last week

Learn AI in 5 minutes a day

What’s the secret to staying ahead of the curve in the world of AI? Information. Luckily, you can join 1,000,000+ early adopters reading The Rundown AI — the free newsletter that makes you smarter on AI with just a 5-minute read per day.

Wins

  1. I had some good viral posts on X and LinkedIn last week.

  2. I was good at consistently creating new content on X and LinkedIn.

  3. I was consistent at working out.

  4. I was consistent with tracking my health.

  5. My client had good growth on LinkedIn.

  6. I had done a major presentation for the content strategy of my client’s brand.

  7. I had worked consistently on TechnoBizzVault’s IG

  8. I had completed an assignment for a new potential project I could work on for my client.

Fails

  1. Even though I had completed the assignment for a new project for my client on time, my chances of getting the project are low because my client thinks I might not have the bandwidth to work on it. But still, I’ll try my best to get the project.

  2. My client has paused creating content on Twitter/X but we are planning to help more of his teammates build an audience on LinkedIn because LinkedIn has a better click rate for any product or service as compared to Twitter/X. He had gained 3M+ impressions on X in 3 months even though his account had less than 1k followers when he started.

  3. I’ve been doing a lot of A/B testing on TechnoBizzVault’s IG, but still there is a lot of failure happening there.

  4. I wasn’t consistent on Rundown university’s community.

Lessons Learned

  1. Sam Altman recently said on Varun Mayya’s podcast that he thinks coding-related work can’t be completely automated, but he thinks a programmer’s efficiency can 10x by next year.

  2. Gemini 2.5 pro has proved that Google can ship some good models for coding and problem solving.

  3. The ghibli and other AI image generation by ChatGPT will get crazier once v2 is launched.

  4. Llama 4’s 10M context window proves that now OpenAI and Google will also come up with new models with a much larger context window.

  5. Midjourney v7 does have better realism, better personalization, and better quality image generation, but it isn’t that good at text creation.

  6. Claude for education is really mind-blowing for students, but I think OpenAI and Google will also come up with something similar soon.

  7. OpenAI had launched AI academy, and more and more other competitor companies will soon launch their learning programs. This will eventually make learning AI free for all.

  8. I think LinkedIn will keep rising as a platform when it comes to social selling.

  9. We’ll see more and more agencies provide the service of ranking on AI web search platforms.

I hope you’ve found this helpful.

Have a great day!
